CREWTIQUE SHIPPING 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship all orders from our distribution center in Metairie, Louisiana.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Crewtique does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. For rush orders, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail at crewtique@movesociety.com or call 504.667.5611.

For custom orders, please allow 8-10 weeks to process orders.  This does not include shipping time.  Please allow an additional 1-5 days for shipping.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?

A: Shipping charges vary. Your charge will be based on the weight of the package, the number of boxes, size of the boxes, the method of shipping, and the destination. Since this information (particularly weight) is determined at the time of shipping, we can only make estimations beforehand. Q: Do I need to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

A: We require signatures for all orders delivered to a place of business. Please note that Crewtique / Move Society is not responsible for lost packages that have been delivered to a residential address without a signature.

Q: How can I track my packages?

A: An email with tracking information will be sent to the email address used for your log in name. You can also track your online orders by logging in to your account. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail at crewtique@movesociety.com or call 504.667.5611 for assistance.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

A: No we cannot ship Crewtique order to a PO Box. Neither FedEx nor UPS ship to P.O. boxes.

Q: Can I pick up my order at one of your locations?

A: Orders can be picked up from our headquarters in Metairie, LA. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail at crewtique@movesociety.com or call 504.667.5611 if you would like to schedule a pick up.
