Returns

We now offer free returns. We hope you love your purchase. But if something is just not right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it to us.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are yours to keep.

Returning Items to Move Society

STEP 1: CONTACT US


Please contact a Customer Service Representative at movesociety.kc@icloud.com for a Return Number and a Return/Exchange Form. Include your order number, the style numbers for the items you wish to return with the color, size, quantity, and reason for return.
Unless directed otherwise by a customer service representative, all damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Move Society to receive credit.
Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form.

 

STEP 2: SHIP


Using the pre-paid shipping label sent by our customer service rep, ship the item(s) back to us.


STEP 3: RECEIVE REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the refund has been approved. Refund payments are generally processed within 10-14 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you prefer to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and make a new purchase for the item that you wish to have instead.
