Returns

Our Returns Policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the date you received the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt.  Notify Move Society / Crewtique in writing within 21 DAYS of receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Under no circumstances will Move Society accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner. 

 BLANK ITEMS
*”Blank Items” refers to any items that are purchased without added customization services for logo, design, or name embellishments.
  • Inspect all purchased Blank Items BEFORE altering or adding any embellishments through embroidery, screen printing, or other process either yourself or through a 3rd party.
  • Once the items have been altered or embellished, you are no longer eligible for any type of return, refund, or exchange for any reason.

EMBELLISHED ITEMS
*”Embellished Items” refers to any items that are purchased with added embellishment services through Move Society / Crewtique including, but not limited to logo, design, or name embellishments through screen printing, embroidery, heat press, sublimation, direct to garment printing or other processes.

  • Embellished Items are not eligible for refunds. We inspect each item for quality prior to shipping.
  • However, if we missed something or damage was done during shipping, you may be eligible for an exchange on unwashed and unworn items under the terms of our Returns Policy.
CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
*”Custom Order Items” refers to any items that are ordered with your color specifications from our custom product options and requiring minimum quantities to purchase.
  • Custom Order Items purchased blank, without embellishments, may be eligible for return but will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
SALE ITEMS
*Sale Items refers to marked down items.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned.
  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returning Items to Move Society / Crewtique

STEP 1: CONTACT US


Please contact a Customer Service Representative at movesociety.kc@icloud.com for a Return Number and a Return/Exchange Form. Include your order number, the style numbers for the items you wish to return with the color, size, quantity, and reason for return.
Unless directed otherwise by a customer service representative, all damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Move Society to receive credit.
Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form.

 

STEP 2: SHIP


Ship the item(s) to the address listed on the Return/Exchange Form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended as Move Society is not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We will cover the shipping costs for exchanged items only when the exchange is due to our error. Move Society will provide a prepaid shipping label to for any damaged or incorrect item that needs to be returned.

Please write the RMA# on the packing list enclosed with your order as well as on the box. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box. If there are any shipping labels, bar-codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.


STEP 3: RECEIVE REFUND/EXCHANGE


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
