WHOLESALE INFO 

Register with Move Society to gain access to our wholesale pricelist. Qualifying businesses include established Screen Printers, Embroiderers, Promotional Products Distrubutors, and Apparel Decorators. Applications are reviewed within two business days. You may be requested to provide a copy of your business license or other information to further qualify your application. Upon approval, you will receive access to our online catalog of wholesale products and pricing.

 

ACCOUNT

Q: Why do I need a Wholesale Account to order and see products?

A: We require accounts so that only owners or admins of approved businesses are able to access our wholesale product offerings and prices. In addition, we want to get to know you and your business so that we can assist you in finding the perfect products for your needs.

Q: Do I need a resale license to qualify for a Wholesale Account?

A: Yes. A resale license is required.

 

ORDERING

Q: How do I view pricing and product offerings?

A: To view products and prices, you will first need to log in with your Wholesale Account username and password. Your prices will be displayed on each product page as well as in the cart once you have added items.

Q: Are there minimums?

A: No, we do not have order or quantity minimums on our stock items. So if you like, you can order just one piece!

For custom orders, certain minimums will apply per product. The minimum order quantity will be found on the product page.

Q: Do you offer custom options?

A: Yes, we do offer specialty colors and designs on various products. There are minimum quantity requirements on custom orders. 

Q: To get a quantity price break for a particular item, do I have to order a certain number within one color?

A: Yes, price breaks are determined by the amount you order per style and color. You can view the applicable discount tiers on the product page as you are building your order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: You can view previous online orders and current open online orders by clicking My Account  on the top right hand corner of any page on the site. Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: You will NOT be able to make any changes online once your order is completed, submitted, and you have received your confirmation. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail at wholesale@movesociety.com or call 504.667.5611 if you need to make changes post-confirmation.

Q: How current is your online inventory?

A: Our online inventory is updated real-time.

Q: How can I order samples?

At Move Society, we have no minimums: it's one of the ways we cater to businesses both large and small. We do not send single items or samples for free to any account. If you would like to order samples, simply log into your account and order the items that are needed at your regular discounted cost.
 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Q: What happens if an item or certain sizes of the item I want is out of stock?

A: We do not accept orders on out of stock items. However, it is very likely that we have more product on order and your item will be available again very soon. Stock info can be found on each product page.

Q: If only some of the sizes I need are in stock, can I combine that order with my second order to receive quantity price breaks? 

A: No. You may place an order if there are other sizes in stock that you need or you may wait until all of your items are in stock to purchase. If you qualify for any quantity price breaks, it will be calculated per order. Two orders will not be added together to accommodate a lower price. If you wish to receive your quantity discount, you must wait until items are in stock to place your entire order at once. Available products are sold on a first come, first served basis and will not be "held" for future orders.

Q: How long does it take for items to be back in stock?

A: The maximum amount of time for items in our "Signature Stock" collection to be restocked would be 8 weeks. However, we keep a close watch on our inventory and typically restock within a couple weeks or sooner. Items in our "Limited Stock" collection are products that are currently in stock in our warehouse but are not part of our "Signature Stock" collection. These products feature our specialy colors and deisgns. Once the current stock is sold, it may be a longer period of time before that particular color/design combination is back in stock. You may order additional units of any of the "Limited Stock" items through the Custom product category at any time. (Please note that quantity requirements and lead times will then apply.)

 

PAYMENT

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: Move Society accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. 

Q: What payment types do you accept for international orders?

A: All international orders must be prepaid either by wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars. Note that any and all duties and taxes incurred as a result of exporting an order are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Q: How do I apply for credit terms?

A: At this time, all customers are required to pay in full before delivery.

PRODUCTS

Q: What are washing instructions for your garments?

A: Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on medium heat. Washing instructions are also listed on the garment tag. Specific care instructions for each of our products can be found on the product page.

Q: How do your sizes work?

Q: What kind of fabrics do you use?

A: We use an assortment of fabrics and materials to produce our super-soft apparel. You can also find fabrication information listed on each product page.

Q: Which items are best for screen-printing?

A: : All of our Imprintables products can be used for screen-printing. 

Q: Do you offer screen-printing or embroidery services?

A: We do offer embellishment services if needed with minimum quantity requirements that can be found on each custom product page.
